On Wednesday 31st July, Turbo Systems Engineering bid farewell to our esteemed colleague, Phil Cawood, after an incredible 49 years of service.

Phil joined Turbo Systems straight out of school at the tender age of 16 as an apprentice fitter. Over nearly half a century, he has been an integral part of our company's development. Through hard work, dedication, and a wealth of experience, Phil progressed through the ranks to become a highly respected Lead Service Engineer.

His knowledge, skills, and commitment to excellence have been invaluable to our team and our clients. Phil's expertise has been instrumental in countless projects and has contributed significantly to our reputation as a leading provider of depositing and filling solutions.

Prior to leaving for the final time, Phil was presented with numerous gifts from his colleagues, including a framed shirt commemorating his beloved Manchester United with his nickname 'Billy' and 49 printed to celebrate his service.

As Phil embarks on this new chapter, we wish him all the best in his retirement. We hope he enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing more golf, and making the most of his well-deserved holidays.

Phil, you will be greatly missed by everyone at Turbo Systems Engineering. Thank you for your exceptional service and dedication. We wish you a long, happy, and fulfilling retirement.
